  8. ensure the necessary financial resources to implement the Policy of the Integrated Management System and the strategic goals of the Company.


The Representative for the Integrated Management System is responsible for disseminating, updating and archiving this Policy and its compliance with the requirements of the relevant standards.


The Integrated Management System Policy is a document aimed at maintaining and improving the system and is reviewed at least once a year.


It is the duty of each employee to know and comply with this Policy and related documents. The Integrated Management System Policy is distributed among all employees and posted on the website of the Company.


ISO 9001 certificate


The reliability of the designed and implemented automated systems is guaranteed by our many years of experience in improving quality management systems. In 1997, PROCOM SYSTEM adopted a quality management system compliant with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001.


Occupational Health and Safety Management Certificate 45001


In December 2012, the Company implemented an occupational health and safety management system for the design, implementation and service of automated systems, IT systems and electrical installations, compliant with PN-N 18001:2004 standard. In 2021, a recertification audit of the transition to the new ISO 45001 standard was conducted. The integrated management system is supervised by DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o.
