Graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics. In addition, he graduated postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology in the field of Project Management, the MANAGEMENT Skills Improvement Program and the Academy of Strategic Leadership organised by the Canadian Institute of Management in cooperation with Harvard Business School Publishing.

In the years 1996-1998, Artur Wójcicki cooperated with TIM S.A. Since 1999, he has been associated with ELEKTROTIM S.A. In 2003-2008, he was Vice-President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and since 2009, President of the Management Board of PROCOM SYSTEM S.A.

Graduate and later a researcher at the Wrocław University of Economics. He has completed numerous courses and training, including a course for members of supervisory boards of state-owned companies, certified with a state approved exam.

Bogdan Doliński was the chairman and member of the supervisory boards of several commercial companies. In 1991-2002, he worked at Elektromontaż Wrocław, where he held the position of Financial Director and then the President of the Management Board, among other positions. In 2005-2007, he worked for ELEKTROTIM S.A. in numerous positions of, the highest being Commercial Director. Since May 2007, he has been a Member of the Management Board – in the position of Financial Director of PROCOM SYSTEM S.A.
