Deputy Director for Implementation

A person employed in this position will be responsible for:

  • resource management to guarantee the implementation of projects and assigning tasks to employees
  • coordination and supervision over implementation teams
  • quality control of performed and entrusted tasks
  • taking care of improving the qualifications and competences of employees
  • process optimisation both in terms of internal procedures and direct activities in implemented projects
  • supervision over project budgets, control and cost optimisation
  • supervision over the handling of service requests
  • control of planned sales and margin
  • participation in the preparation of technical and commercial offers and coordination meetings
  • participation in negotiations and analysis of contracts
  • implementation of strategic goals, including the commercial goals of the plant

Necessary requirements:

  • minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (department director, project manager)
  • higher technical education: Electrical engineering or Automation and Robotics
  • experience in human resources management
  • ability to organise own work and the work of the subordinate team
  • knowledge of financial management and cost control
  • project management skills, organisational skills
  • experience in contacts with the investor and GW and in conducting trade negotiations
  • good English – spoken and written
  • SEP permissions
  • driving license category B

An additional advantage will be:

  • knowledge of issues in the field of measuring equipment, power engineering, telecommunications, knowledge of the Public Procurement Law
  • construction qualifications and licenses in the fields of specialised network installation, installations and devices in the field of design/management of construction works without limitations
