A short phone conversation with an employee of the HR department is aimed at making a preliminary assessment of the candidate.
After a positive initial evaluation, the candidate is invited to a meeting at which, apart from the HR department employee, the future supervisor and/or a member of the team to which the recruitment is occurring is also present..
After making a positive employment decision, the candidate receives a job offer containing detailed information about future employment conditions.
This is the final stage of the recruitment process, possibly ending with the signing of an employment contract. The purpose of the meeting is not only to verify the selection made by the recruitment team, but also to meet each future member of our team by the President of the Management Board.
