Recruitment stages

Discover our recruitment process

We conduct the recruitment process using a modern recruitment platform, which provides us with effective application management and constant communication with candidates at every stage of recruitment.

01.

Publication of an advertisement

We publish job offers both on recruitment portals and on our website.
02.

Application analysis

We analyse applications mainly in terms of knowledge, education and experience. Any additional information regarding additional academic activities, internships, etc. is very important to us.
03.

Conversation by phone

A short phone conversation with an employee of the HR department is aimed at making a preliminary assessment of the candidate.
04.

Recruitment meeting

After a positive initial evaluation, the candidate is invited to a meeting at which, apart from the HR department employee, the future supervisor and/or a member of the team to which the recruitment is occurring is also present..
05.

Decision and job offer presentation

After making a positive employment decision, the candidate receives a job offer containing detailed information about future employment conditions.
06.

Meeting with the President of the Management Board

This is the final stage of the recruitment process, possibly ending with the signing of an employment contract. The purpose of the meeting is not only to verify the selection made by the recruitment team, but also to meet each future member of our team by the President of the Management Board.
